HEIR APPARENT PARTS WAYS WITH MEMBERS OF 2006 TOURING LINEUP

HEIR APPARENT members Bobby Ferkovich (bass), Peter Orullian (vocals), Op Sakiya (keyboards) and Jeffrey McCormack (drums) have issued the following statement:

'We would first like to take the opportunity to thank all of the fantastic friends and fans of HEIR APPARENT that we have had the privilege to meet this last year in person or via email. You have all been wonderful and made us all feel extraordinarily welcome, encouraged us from the start, and we are forever grateful.

'Secondly, we have the unfortunate task of informing you that the four of us will no longer be affiliated with HEIR APPARENT.

'When we returned from our amazing shows in Europe, we were asked of our interests in potentially writing and recording another HEIR APPARENT album, only to have the idea withdrawn due to our inability to participate in a five-day-a-week writing/rehearsal regimen set by Mr. Gorle [guitarist Terry Gorle] as part of the agreement. Each of us has families, day jobs and other musical projects which will not allow us to maintain such a rigorous endeavor, so we all have agreed to step aside and allow Mr. Gorle the freedom to continue the HEIR APPARENT legacy on his own, with wishes of good luck for the future.

'We thoroughly enjoyed our time playing this music, and consider ourselves deeply honored to have had the opportunity to play for the fans in Germany snd Greece. It is our hope that our other musical projects will again take us to see you and many others in the near future.

'As to our other projects:

* Peter Orullian is currently the vocalist for LYRANTHE (www.lyranthe.com), and is also working on a new album with INNER RESONANCE.

* Bassist Bobby Ferkovich and drummer Jeffrey McCormack (www.jeffmc.com ) are working with former FIFTH ANGEL guitarist Kendall Bechtel and guitarist Paul Borm on THE DEAD PRJCT (www.myspace.com/thedeadprjct)

* Keyboardist Op Sakiya is finishing work on the sophomore album from Thai pop group VACATION.

'Blessings to you all, and here's to the future!'
